Drei.

Hallo again my long away friends, You find me in Germany today, and the first day I've had internet access for a week or so. It's 155 in Seattle, yet 1155pm here, it feels much later. Again, I won't flounder about too many words, details may hopefully arrive on here later, I'll just say Paris was great, though hardly seen due to it's vast size (though I'd say we saw the essentials). Amsterdam was next and was quite a pleasant surprise as I found it both hectic, crowded, and trashy in parts (this was not the surprise part) yet quaint, calm, charming, and beautiful in other parts. I fell asleep to steeple bells and a school choir (at one time singing Coldplay) and wandered the town with the millions (literally) of bicycles. Germany has been truly medieval. Koln one the Rein river was home to one gargantuin catherdral, a brilliantly old and creaky hotel and a pork knuckle as long as my forearm (yet wider...) which I devoured, in time, with sourcrowt and beer. Then Bacharach after a river cruise was just a dream town surrounded by castles, hills, vineyards, the rein again, and walls. We shared Ice wine with a lady recovering from a broken back who Praised God for her still living. I also stumbled upon an Irish folk concert at their local church. My favorite town thus far. Then after 4 train transfers and one bus ride through everyday Germany we landed in Rothenburg ob der Tauber (which you should google) for a truly mediavel town with fortress walls, remains of a moat, watch towers, houses from the 1400s and a nightwatchman who guided us through a history lesson. Now we're in Munich, which I know nothing about thus far. Stay tuned. Ta.

Right now, I'm tired, quite. Paris has been interesting and uncomfortable, the internet forces this blogging website to French, sigh, oh the french. I miss London already. Let me show you.

Things Change.

Yikes, that was a non-stop flight to a dead end.

Now can smeone tell me why where one can go to escape the ever crawling throngs of people who tend to be on the verge of complete depletion of descency? Perhsps it's only the places uexplored, uncultured, unknown, or similar? Perhaps it's the next town over>? the next state? Country? Planet? etc? Perhaps Earth as we jknow it knows no such place? Perhaps it's everywhere I'm not? Fact is, most people I meet are exactly tthe type perfect in our culture. You know (or not) they are selfcenterd (completely), overendulgent (grossly), inconsiderate (totaly), unfriendly (always), and on and on. Ugghh. It's undoubtably hard to slollow, yet it's everywhere among what friends I have, it aplies to nearly every stranger I can recall and it simply mkes life less pleasent. Why is it this way? Is it so hard to fathom that you yourself where more kind and friendly and selfless that you might make somenes day? and that they may then act that way as well? And that maybe if more people tryed acting this way, genuinely, then more and more people might live the same way? Oh yes, I suppose it is, thank you common sense for reminding me, people arent nice by nature. Sigh. What an enigma, what a travesty. I think I'll simply go wherever the nice people are. Aka, where people arent. Aka do the selfish thing and run. Aka give up.

On a pleasant note, I'll be off to a European excursion (London, Paris, Germany, Vienna, Salzburg, and then wherever the wind may sway me) as well as a 8 week stay at Capernwray, which is to be glorious (to God and in general). If I return, I'll tell you all about it, or if your lucky, I'll mention key events here.
